1. Introduction

Satisfactory Flow ("we", "our", or "us") is a web-based factory planning tool for the game Satisfactory. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at satisflow.app.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive:

• Your Google account email address
• Your display name
• Your profile picture URL

2.2 Factory Data

When you use the cloud save feature, we store:

• Your factory layouts and configurations
• Your app preferences and settings

2.3 Local Storage

We store data locally in your browser (localStorage) for offline functionality. This data never leaves your device unless you enable cloud sync or attach your factories to a problem report.

2.4 Problem Reports

When you send a report with "Report a problem", we receive:

• What you write, and the contact you give (optional)
• Your factories, only if you choose to attach them
• Technical details that help find the problem: the app version, the page, your browser, language and screen size, your game settings, how many factories and machines you have, whether you are signed in (not which account), and the last errors the page recorded

The report is posted in the #bugs channel of our Discord server, where its members can see it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person sends it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide the factory planning service
• Sync your data across devices (when enabled)
• Enable sharing features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase/Firestore infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the app
• Export your factory data using the export feature
• Delete your account and all associated data ("Delete account", in the cloud settings)
• Use the app without an account (local storage only)

6. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics services. We only use essential cookies required for authentication.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase - Authentication and data storage
• Cloudflare - Hosting, content delivery and the check against automated problem reports (Turnstile)
• Discord - Problem reports, posted in our server's #bugs channel

These services have their own privacy policies that govern their use of your data.

8. Children's Privacy

Satisfactory Flow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
